Answers Enterprise-Wide Solution

The Answers^TM solution is unique in its full integration throughout the system. This allows for a fully enterprise-wide ERP solution in one efficient package. Among some of the enterprise-wide modules that touch nearly all discplines, Answers offers an Enterprise Scheduling solution where an omnibus schedule of the CCRC may be seen from one location in the system. For example, if a Resident has appointments with Rehab and Physician's Office as well as various Activities or Events, the Enterprise Scheduling module will be able to display the full schedule in one area. Security and privacy are also offered with the ability to schedule an appointment as "private".

Other areas of enterprise capabilities include the Web Entry module for both applicant tracking in HR and for work order processing. The Alerts & Messaging module also allows for notifications to be issued throughout the system and be escalated when circumstances are deemed necessary by the business rules programmed into the solution itself.
