Cancellation & Substitution Policy
- If written notice of cancellation is received before April 16, 2012, you will receive a full refund of the conference price.
- Cancellations between April 16, 2012 and May 1, 2012 will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellation requests received after May 1, 2012 will not receive a refund.
- Substitutions are permitted for registrants within your own community.
Conference Policies
- AOD reserves the right to make changes to the program or remove any person(s) from the premises at its discretion.
- Audio or video recordings of any kind are not permitted.
- Conference materials may not be posted publicly without the express written authorization of two officers of AOD Software.
- All guests must be pre-registered to attend all social events.
- All attendee and guest registrations must be pre-paid before May 1, 2012 in order to participate in the conference.
