Aric Agmon, MBA
Aric Agmon is President & CEO of AOD Software. Aric has been with the company since 2001, and brings with him 20 years of international experience in the high tech industry. Aric held senior international management positions with Hitachi, IBM and Magic Software. Aric has been involved in acquiring nearly 20 companies across Europe, Asia and North America. Aric has a B.A. in Economics and a Masters in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Marketing and Management Information Systems.

 

Charles George
Charles George is Chief Technology Officer and VP of R&D AOD Software. He has more than twenty years of software engineering experience and over 12 years of healthcare industry experience. Charles’ main technology experience is with Microsoft .NET, Relational Database Management Systems (MS-SQL and Oracle), multi-user information / development systems and team / project management. Charles began his career with Conoco Oil, Inc. as a Software Engineer and, over the years has been managing development teams for several software companies. He also presents at international developers conferences. Charles is a leader in the LTPAC clinical informatics industry and is an active Board Member of NASL (National Association for the Support of Long Term Care www.nasl.org). He has also participated with CCHIT (Certification Commission for Health Information Technology www.cchit.org), CAST (Center for Aging Services Technology www.agingtech.org), HIMSS (Healthcare Information Management Systems Society www.himss.org), AHIMA (American Health Information Management Association www.ahima.org) and AAHSA (American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging www.aahsa.org). Charles has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Kansas University.

 

David Burr
David Burr is COO for AOD Software.  David has more than 15 years experience in Operations, Management and Marketing.  David developed and ran his own management practice within the URS Corporation, an international consulting firm.  Most recently was the National Director for a firm that helped fight insurance fraud.  David has been a distinguished national speaker and has served on the board of many community organizations.  David has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Central Florida.

 

 

Sue Brouwer
Sue Brouwer is the VP of System Architecture, and an original founder of AOD Software. Her experience and technical competence is at the foundation of Answers' success and promise for the future. In October 1994, Sue won the distinction of being among the industry's leading special application software specialists, placing near the top in an industry-wide competition. Sue has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Computer Science from Northern Illinois University.

 

Aaron Sokolow
Aaron Sokolow is the VP of Finance and Administration for AOD Software. His primary role is finance; however, he has been an implementer and trainer. Aaron is intimately involved in the day-to-day operation of the company. He has over twenty years of experience in the healthcare industry, holding CFO positions for an international nursing home chain of sixty-three facilities, a rehab agency and an information systems software development company. He also has experience in financial management positions in manufacturing and distribution companies. Prior to entering private industry, Aaron worked in a national public accounting firm for over ten years. He achieved a four-year Accounting Degree at the University of Winnipeg.

 

Don Frazier
Don Frazier is the VP of Application Research. He has served as VP of Professional Services for AOD Software for the last fourteen years and has been with AOD since the founding of the company. He has extensive experience installing, training, and supporting software systems in the Banking industry. Prior to joining AOD Software, Don was director of Client Services for North American Financial Services, Ltd. He has installed software systems for more than 100 financial institutions throughout the country. Don has a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Summa Cum Laude, from Olivet Nazarene University (Illinois).

 

Lisset Sanchez-Schwartz, MBA
Lisset Sanchez-Schwartz is the Sr. Director of Marketing at AOD Software. She is a seasoned marketing professional with experience in developing and supporting world-wide brands like Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises, IBM, Apple Computer, Avaya Communications and Microsoft Dynamics. She holds a Bachelor's in Communications and Advertising from Florida International University and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University. She has been recognized by the American Advertising Federation and the Direct Marketing Association for her work in various campaigns. Lisset is currently a member of the American Marketing Association and the CMO Council and has been and adjunct instructor of Marketing at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale.

 

Javier Feliciano
Javier Feliciano is the Director of Support Services for AOD Software. He graduated from Florida International University (FIU) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He has several years of experience as a Staff Accountant and Controller. Javier was also employed as a budget analyst for a local government entity. His background brings a vast array of knowledge and experience in accounting matters.

 

Kirby Cunningham, RN
Kirby Cunningham is the Director of Clinical Services at AOD Software. Kirby has spent most of the last 12 years in the Long Term Care Nursing industry. He has held positions as Charge Nurse, MDS Coordinator, DON, Clinical Consultant, and Regional Consultant for PPS with organizations including Hillhaven, Vencor, Beverly Healthcare, and HCR/Manorcare. Kirby was a Regional Support and Development representative with Vencor and had input on the ongoing development of "Vencare" a paperless charting system for LTC in 1997 and 1998. He attended Pennsylvania State University majoring in Management and Marketing through 1978 and graduated from Palm Beach Community College with an ASN. He has extensive experience in Business Operations both in the Mining and Long Term Care industries.

 

Doc DeVore
Doc DeVore is the Director of Clinical Informatics & Industry Relations at AOD Software. Doc has been in the long term care industry for over 20 years while at a multi-facility organization and another software vendor. His involvement in the industry also includes being the past President of the National Association for the Support of Long Term Care (NASL) in 2010. He was also their Secretary from 2008-2010 and the VP Chair of their IT Committee from 2006-2008. Doc was also on the CCHIT Advisory Task Force for the Long Term and Post Acute Care Group in 2009 whose job it was to help determine the future of EHR Certification for our industry. Additionally, Doc was part of the HL7 Long Term Care Functional Profile Committee from 2006 through 2008.

 

Jean Fullington
Jean Fullington is in charge of Special Projects within Quality Assurance at AOD Software. She has over twenty years of experience installing, training, designing and supporting financial, clinical, and operational application software systems in the Health Care industry. Prior to joining AOD Software, INC., she held Information Services Manager positions at both a Long Term Care (LTC) Facility and a Hospital. During that time she was responsible for selection and implementation of new hardware and software platforms. Her many years of long term care background brings with it a vast array of knowledge and experience. Jean received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Magna Cum Laude, from Cardinal Stritch University (Wisconsin).

 

Jane Ferrell, PHR
Jane Ferrell is Human Resources Manager at AOD Software. She has received her Professional Human Resource (PHR) certification through the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI). She has previous experience from her work in the banking industry with Citibank and also in the roofing/construction industry.

 

Howard Cohen
Howard Cohen is the Manager of Point of Sale Services at AOD Software. Howard was previously a Project Manager and Sales Engineer for a Point of Sale software company in South Florida that dealt with retail POS environments and also has extensive experience with supermarket POS systems including installation and programming. Howard has a Bachelors in Public Accounting from Hofstra University.

 

Juan Hernandez
Juan Hernandez is the Manager of IT Services for AOD Software. Juan has over a decade of experience working in Information Technology. He was formerly a Technical Support Engineer for Gateway Computers. He is responsible for maintaining the IT infrastructure of AOD as well as providing IT consulting and professional services to AOD clients. Juan has a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Indiana State University and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Ivy Tech State College.

 

Liz Nutton
Liz Nutton is the Controller & Administration Manager for AOD Software. She has over 25 years experience in the Accounting and Finance field, including management positions such as Controller, Office Manager and Operations Manager. Liz relocated to South Florida from Boston in 2002 to pursue a position at a respected private Accounting firm.

 

 

Pat Weidman
Pat is the Manager of Quality Assurance at AOD Software. She has worked in the long term care industry for over 30 years. Her experience includes managing the implementation and training of new software at facilities. Pat has also worked in the accounting department for a CCRC. Pat has a degree in computer sciences and accounting from College of Du Page in Illinois.
