The AOD Software team is comprised of industry experts ranging from CPAs, MBAs, RNs and much more! In fact, AOD employs only the top resources in the industry and ensures that they are prepared for meeting the needs of our clients.

In 2011, AOD was proud to announce that their entire Clinical Support Team achieved AANAC's Resident Assessment Coordinator Certification (RAC-CT^®) which is the pre-eminent certification for anyone involved in the MDS process. This certification has become the gold standard in Long Term Care. It involves core courses in MDS as well as a rigorous testing procedure.

Other members of AOD's clinical team are also Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) certified. The RHIT certification is conducted by AHIMA. This certification involves the implementation and management of Electronic Health Records across all care settings.
