AOD Software and Team TSI sign Business Partner Agreement
October 5, 2010 - AOD Software announced it has entered into a Business Partner Agreement with Team TSI, the long term care industry's most preferred Minimum Data Set (MDS) analysis application.
The agreement allows AOD Software to market the Team TSI IntelliLogix™ 4.0 web application which is now interfaced to the AOD system for generating MDS files.
MDS assessments are required by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) on Residents inside a long term care facility to determine their care needs. The assessments are also used to establish the appropriate payment rate for Medicare and Medicaid to the facilities. AOD Software’s product generates the assessment files using the documentation collected throughout the Electronic Health Record (EHR), the file is then submitted through Team TSI’s proprietary algorithms and analysis engine to ensure utmost compliance before submitting the assessments to the government agencies.
