June 7, 2011 – AOD Software is proud to announce that Doc DeVore, a leader in the long term care software industry, has joined the AOD Management team as their new Director of Clinical Informatics & Industry Relations.
Mr. DeVore has a long history in the LTC industry having worked for a multi-facility provider chain as well as another long term care software vendor. He is also the immediate past President of the National Association for the Support of Long Term Care (NASL) and the chair of the IT committee from 2007-2009 as well as Secretary of the Board in 2009-2010. Mr. DeVore’s involvement setting the industry direction also includes being a member of the CCHIT Advisory Task Force for Long Term and Post Acute Care in 2009 and a member of the HL7 Long Term Care Functional Profile Workgroup from 2007 through 2008.
