Schedule your UC Lab Appointment
AOD Clients: Great new service! You can now schedule your individual Lab Appointments online! Please use the tools below to pre-register for your appointment with the AOD Geniuses.
As part of this new online booking tool, there are new processes that you need to be aware of to pre-register your lab appointment:
- Limits & Re-assignments: Pre-Registration appointments are limited to one per person per day in order to ensure that all clients have access to the AOD Geniuses. Any appointment may be re-assigned or cancelled based on AOD's judgement and availability of staff.
- Cancellation Policy: Please be sure that if you need to cancel your appointment that you do so with a 24 hour notice.
- Promptness/Auto-Cancellation: Please be at the Lab Lobby 5 minutes before your appointment to avoid auto- cancellation of your appointment.
- Waiting list: If you wish to have more than one session per day, you may sign up to the waiting list. You will be either called or sent a text if a cancellation comes up for that day or if there are any appointments available. To get on the waiting list, send an email to marketing@AODsoftware.com with your module of interest, date/time and cell phone number.
